White Collar to Blue Collar

All-

I'd like to connect with owner / operators who went from working in white-collar, technical jobs, to acquiring and operating a business that was not as technical, and has a blue collar workforce. For example, someone who worked in corporate finance, tech, PE, consulting, Ibanking etc.

That must be a huge cultural shift and I love to learn about your experiences and approaches.
