We won't have an application checklist until the SBA issues procedural guidance (expected by Tuesday), But it would be wise to put together a data room with the last 4 quarterly IRS 941's, payroll register, and 12/31/2019 financial statement. Look for the SBA guidance this week to fill in all of the important details, and follow the crisis page of the Live Oak Bank website for timely updates.
