Was deciding between HubSpot and Pipedrive. In the end, I chose pipedrive because of prior experience and just wanted to keep things simple.

We are using Pipedrive and recommend it, I also recommend Klenty as an email service that integrates with Pipedrive. It does a good job with partial personalized mass email and follow ups
