Curious if anyone has found good resources or strategies for attracting talent for non-technical positions, mainly delivery drivers and/or warehouse staff. We post jobs our indeed, state website, employee referral program, etc, but I am looking for better ways to find talent - what has worked for you?

We've tried a handful of things in my day job, and we always circle back to Indeed. What we've found from surveying employees we've hired is that they may have looked on multiple sites, through hiring services, and state programs, but just about everyone was also on Indeed. That said, in our current round of hiring, I've reviewed 60(ish) resumes, scheduled 7 virtual interviews (6 showed up, which is a historically high ratio), and one in-person interview. We still haven't made a hire for this entry level production position. This comment isn't necessarily helpful., but you're definitely not alone.

Happy to jump on a call to chat ^redacted‌ to discuss other ways to not only attract but retain talent. A recruiting partner could help, but that can be a band-aid and won't always solve long-term talent challenges. Send me a direct message if you would like to talk.
