Where to find debt financing for international acquisition of a SaaS co?

I'm a Californian looking to purchase SaaS companies based in countries such as the Netherlands and Germany. They primarily sell in the US, and the earnings are verifiable.

Since SBA is off the table, where would you suggest looking for debt financing?

$200k-$600k SDE, 3x cashflow, 5+ years in business.
