Where to apply online for an SBA Express Line of Credit?

Most sites I've seen just tell you to make appointment to meet with a loan officer or, like Fundera, they collect your info then sell it to lenders. I want to be able to apply online and upload my documents.
I want a lender with delegated SBA authority that can approve the LOC without waiting for the SBA.
