Strengths: don't have to raise capital; don't need compliance; don't need infrastructure

Weaknesses: lack of resources; difficulty in achieving solid dealflow
Opportunities: Can utilize industry experience and opportunity not to be tied to one fund; can playoff different economics to one another
Threats;: competition; not a deep enough network
