What's your favorite part of search?
It's easy to get lost in the noise. The red flags, the misrepresentations, the FAQs instead of answers, the hard and lonely work that is ETA. None of it is glamorous. But none of us would keep doing it if we weren't committed. And maybe a little obsessed. For me, it's the founders. I love them. Every one of them built something from nothing, navigated chaos, made payroll when it was hard, and showed up again the next day. Tell me your story. All of it. The wins, the failures, the pivots, the moments you almost quit and didn't. Every time I sit across from a seller, I'm ready to fall in love with their business. Not because I'm naive about the risks. But because someone built this, and that matters. What keeps you searching?
