I've been having trouble finding companies with EBITDA higher than $1M. 95% of companies listed with brokers (specially the BUSINESS BROKERS OF FLORIDA), have a good amount of companies but the size of them is below EBITDA of $1M. Please help

Instead of waiting/hoping for a broker or finder to show you a potential acquisition, why not go direct to owners of the kind of company you seek? It’s also a good way to avoid or beat buyer competition.

And, keep in mind:

Lost income happens when people irrationally defer completing an M&A transaction. And that causes at least two kinds of (avoidable) losses. (1) Missing out on the best opportunity that you’re going to get. (2) Lost income opportunity, which is what you would have earned every day/week/month longer it takes to complete your deal. [Spoiler] Lost Income Is Never Found When you don't control expectations, you invite your first loss: Lost income opportunity.

On Kumo, we see 3,172 currently live deals that have EBITDA over 1MM. We just launched withkumo.com, which aggregates and de-dupes deals from all major brokerages & marketplaces— would love to see if this fits what you're looking for.

Searchfunder folks actually get a $300 discount (code: SEARCHFUNDER300) if you want to try it out :)
