What's been your experience w/ Gmail, Outlook, etc. for CRM campaigns?

Also, I'm interested to know your experience with syncing email solutions such as Outlook and Gmail with your CRM tools. Were there any noticeable differences between email solutions?

I created automated sequences that follow up until I get a response inside of ContactSmarter.com . And I then use the system to communicate through text, email and phone calls. And I made a pipeline to visually track the stage of each deal, which helps me out a lot. Full Disclosure: I'm also a founder of Contact Smarter, so posting this is like me saying “I'm not just the president of Hair Club for Men, I'm also a client!" ;-)

I’m using HubSpot if CRM; or SalesForce/DealCloud. For mass emailing, MailChimp (like for our newsletter to everyone). I’ve used GMass, they just got new features this week - but HubSpot does a neat job.
