The answer is probably different if we only consider the first acquisition vs. if we add up a series of add-on acquisitions throughout the life of the search fund. Would you be interested in the former or the latter?

I helped a Searcher with QofE, tax due diligence, and tax structuring on a first acquisition about 5 years ago that was $40M.
