What to say to owners?

Would anyone mind sharing a script/template they used when reaching out to owners?

How much did you customize it and which sources did you have the most luck with? (i.e. direct email, cold call, etc.)

I think you need a script that is based on what you bring to the table and what you want to do with the business. The more you know about the target the easier it will be for you to effectively deliver that message. I personally had the most success with emails that highlighted specific items about that owner's business. It takes more time but you generally get a better response.
