What specific types of Attorneys have you found helpful in deal referrals?

I'd suggest estate planners and general corporate counsel. However, I think accountants and financial planners/wealth advisers can be even better referrals than lawyers - they tend to hear first when a client is considering retiring, and likely to sell his/her business.
