What size deals do you typically target?

We're in the process of evaluating our search parameters for deals. Currently, we focus on recurring and non-recurring revenue businesses with an EBITDA of $500K to $5M. However, we recognize we could add a lot more deals if we dropped our minimum profit to $250K. Would this be of more interest to you?

@redacted‌ Yes dropping down to below $500K of EBITDA would definitely help Searchers find more business as large percentage of SBA loan are for businesses under $2M in purchase price.

I typically specialize in acquisitions from 500k-1.5mm if you need a lender in that range
