What Multiple Would You Pay? (Commercial Hood Cleaning)

Does anyone have insight/advice? I haven't spent much time analyzing commercial hood cleaning companies so I'm curious to learn where they're trading at. The biz is in Georgia (about 30 mins west of Atlanta) and they serve the Southeast.

Adj. EBITDA: $400K

Is it fair for me to put this in the "cleaning" company category and assume these types of companies should trade at 3.40x - 4.25x?
