Next step, if you haven't already, I would make sure you have an open line of communication with an investor before you send over the PPM. Make sure they know the PPM is coming. To keep the process moving, I would look to get in touch with the investors 1-2 weeks after sending out the PPM to make sure it stays on the top of their priority list.

In the past I have used syndication pro as a portal through which investors can sign in, sign the paperwork, and send the funds. It is a robust platform which can track all of the necessary structures and dividends etc. I would recommend checking it out.
