I prefer Squarespace for simplicity and good mobile support. Wix is OK too. Wordpress works but you need to maintain it or it will become a problem as it goes out of date. I've had to help people rebuild their Wordpress after it got compromised.

Hey Dean, I would probably recommend Squarespace for a quick DIY project. Nothing is as easy at it looks, but I've sent people there for DIY projects and they seem to do okay.
