I would like to understand how to structure my search phase funding efficiently and would appreciate if anyone could share her/ his experience. In particular:
1/ what are the key drivers that motivate investors to fund a search
2/ what investment companies are on the market, is there a network of High Net Worth individuals that are wiling to invest
