In a world where you can ask A.I. anything, and if you don't like the answer, you can go into google exploration mode,
What is missing, and what is stopping you from getting across the finish line?

One guess is not knowing the right questions to ask; the more experience you have (, the less you need help), the easier it becomes to google or ask A.I.

Another guess it that the process itself is the educator, Many of us only truly learn by first-hand experience.

What do you think keeps people from getting deals done?

Hey Ronald! I recently listened to your podcast interview with Roland Frasier - great conversation! As someone who's new to dealmaking, I'd say the biggest mental hurdle I'm facing is self-confidence. I've seen this with a LOT of other people in different endeavors, as well - if you don't believe you can do it, you're probably not going to get started!
