Searchers, On a self-funded search, would/ do you use a CRM? Which one? What do you like about it? what don't you like about it?

We've successfully used HubSpot - they do offer solid functionality to get started through its free option. I recommend using a CRM tool for two reasons: 1) makes it easier to track a high volume of contacts, deals, campaigns, tasks with helpful automation capabilities. 2) it gets you up to speed on evaluating/using CRM/marketing tools which will help you after you buy a business and need to scale and enable your sales and go-to-market activities....
