If someone with significant experience Searching for $3m to $20m revenue companies were to write a book on Search: what would you want them to talk about? If you have been Searching for a while: what topics do you wish you knew more about as you were getting started? Tools, techniques, educational resources, fundraising, 3rd parties, templates, etc.

This is already 80% complete. Crowdsourcing for themes that may have been missed and popularity of topics to write more about.

Thanks for your post. I wish there had been more research, data, and guidance for self-funded searchers. I think most of us self-funded searchers did that research ourselves by speaking with###-###-#### other self-funded searchers, but there's not a lot of "official" data out there. Its understandable considering its popularity is much more recent than traditional search, so I think a chapter on that would be very helpful (on areas where such searches differ from the traditional ones). Am looking forward to see your book when its out.
