I love reading as part of my daily routine not only because I get to learn more but also for the spark of creativity. I like to always think from the perspective of the author of a book after which I look for ways to ask more personal questions in terms of applying the new found knowledge.

Entrepreneurship based on my own personal journey, background and experience has a lot to do with asking lots and different types of questions. I am currently reading the happiness advantage by Shawn Anchor....mind sharing what you are reading at the moment?

Cheers!

Further, Faster by Bill Flynn. This is a MUST read for a searcher/operator but has applicability for anyone. It is full of practical knowledge that you can start implementing right away. Also recommend you check out BIll's interview with Donna Peters if this sounds interesting to you: https://www.the-me-suite.com/podcast/few-things-truly-matter?rq=bill.

I am reading Failure to Disrupt which to summarise is about how technology has failed to disrupt education over the past###-###-#### years. In some of my projects I am looking to do exactly this so it is important to know the history of the field, what was tried, what failed and try to understand why. Also it is a challenge to the narrative playing inside my head and I think we all need that. I go out of my way to cultivate resources that challenge my point of view.
