What are some of your most successful negotiating tactics when working on deals to buy a business?


What are the most common challenges when negotiating with a seller and how did you work through them?


Just looking for some general advice as I approach the closing phase of a deal.

I like giving them two different offers to choose. One that has good terms, and one that has a higher prices with easier terms for us.
