What are typical valuation methods and multiples for law firms?
I am in the process of evaluating the valuation of law firms with case inventory that includes class actions, mass torts, etc.

Litigation firms are a difficult sell - counsel will in many cases become "of counsel" and participate in the ultimate resolution. Costs and expenses incurred need to be addressed in the transition. Its complex and most are one off transactions.
