If you were starting your search again today, which tools, databases, or processes would you use to find your first deal faster?

Tools...I would say linkedin, email CRM (aweber, get response, etc), a searching community with the same mindset. These are a few tools, but if you need help devising a strategy and a plan, then feel free to reach out in a message and we can discuss things further

LinkedIn has been the GOAT for us. We've had a much stronger hit rate there as opposed to traditional email of phone calls.
