What are the Best Proprietary Outreach Channels Besides Email?

Hello Searcher Community!  Everyone we talk to seems to rely nearly exclusively on email.  Does anyone do outreach in other manners?  Perhaps phone, in person, or snail mail?  Would love guidance around this as we hone in on unique outreach methods.  Thank you in advance!

I've personally had a lot of success picking up the phone and giving the business owner a call. I will caveat that statement with a couple of suggestions: 1) It can be humbling (i.e. there will be "less welcoming" responses), 2) Have your pitch ready, in terms of getting through to the business owner, but more importantly how to get to the business owner (i.e. don't suggest calling the front desk and saying "I am looking to buy your business").
