What are the best industries to rollup in the greater tri state area, specifically NY?

I'm based in NY so obviously some home services like landscaping and pool maintenance will be out due to seasonality. But strategy is to execute on an initial platform in NY and expand geographically later on.

One thing to consider is if you are doing a true roll-up in the traditional sense where the owners are still involved or looking to take over given the surrounding NY area is notorious for having different licensing at a borough level.
