Hi everyone,
What are some good guides or books for how to do proper market research and competitive analysis when evaluating a business? In the book Buy Then Build, Walker touches on these at a very high level, but doesn't go into any of the specifics. While I have an idea about how I may approach this, I imagine these analysis should already be pretty mature, so it would be nice to learn the best practices first.
If there are any good youtube channels that goes through SMB deal breakdown and walk through, please feel free to suggest them as well. While I have many good interviews and how-tos on YT, I have yet to find a good source for deal analysis walk throughs.
Thanks!
