At Iron Creek Partners, we are open to paying meaningful buyside success fees (1-2% of EV) for warm introductions that lead to closed transactions. Should be B2B services/software companies with good recurring revenue and $2-5 million of EBITDA. Basically "classic" search fund investment targets. We are looking for warm leads only - i.e. companies that will likely transact in the next 6-12 months. If you have something that may be a fit, email me - redacted

It's more like we qualify a "good" client. We have a checklist of 15 things before we consider taking a company on as a new client. In terms of the company itself, we are generally looking for an enterprise value of $10 to $100 million. We're agnostic as to location and industry. Happy to chat more offline if you like.
