What are people using (other than excel/Gsheets/etc) to manage LP data

I know of Carta but have never used it, but it seems to be more geared to the venture world and likely overkill. Anyone have experience with it for SPV type setups? Any other suggestions? Ideal functionality would be single portal to manage cap table data, W9, subscription docs, investor updates, share confidential info (k1, etc).
