What are current investor expectations? working on a roll up in Texas

First post here, if this has been covered please feel free to point me in the right diction.

I am sole owner of a 7 year old wine distribution company and am looking to grow through acquisition. In talks with two competitors and am looking to raise funds for working capital and expansion (in addition to SBA debit). Like to not use an investment bank so as to save the commission.

With regards to investors returns, what is their current market expectation? For questions like: minimum or maximum allocation, payback multiple, time frame, percentage of ownership, expected return, ect?
