What we do: Hadaly is a Montreal-based SaaS for SMB deals—AI smart data room, due-diligence copilot, automated valuation/CIM/teaser, and QuickBooks integration. We help brokers, searchers, franchise networks and advisors move faster with cleaner data and clearer comps. The role (full-cycle): Own pipeline: prospect → qualify → demo → scope → close Sell to brokers, searchers, franchisors, advisors, lenders Run tight product demos, translate problems into outcomes, shape playbooks Focus: Canada & US (SMB / lower-mid market) You: Experience selling to M&A/brokerage OR prior IB/PE/broker/searcher background and you like BD more than modeling Comfortable with CIMs, data rooms, financial statements; clear communicator (EN/FR a plus) Builder mindset: you can turn conversations into repeatable motion Comp: Base salary + commission (OTE aligned with growth), tools and support.
