Welding/Fab Experience?

Hello - 

I'm looking at acquiring a welding/fabrication shop and am looking for more information on the various licenses/accreditations that are required as well as any general business tips/knowledge. It seems to check all the boxes from a cash flow/margin perspective, but trying to figure out what all I'm missing.
