Wondering if fellow advisors are starting to feel the same as I with regard to deal flow picking up across Western Canada. While owners had a tendency to be holding back back in the 1st half (economy and tariffs) it seems the tide is changing despite the uncertainty not really subsiding yet.

Despite economic and trade/tariff uncertainty, I am seeing clients ready to move on. Research alternatives, build options and deal with it - issues will always be there in one form or another.
