I saw a few posts from a couple of years ago talking about Wealth Management firms. Would anyone who spent a lot of time on the space (multiple LOIs) or made an acquisiton be willing to chat?

Ben, hope all is well on your end. I actually put in a offer on a couple Wealth management firms last year. Both deals fell through. because of finance. The good part is that i established a great relationship with a alternative lender, no personal guarantee, rates comparable to the SBA. Cashflow loan lender. Closing on two accounting firms with them. Shoot me an email and well connect. redacted
