We just built the world’s most B.O.R.I.N.G. Investment Club.

Quick self-praise, as I’m genuinely super proud of where we are today. In just five months, Archimax has built a unique structure to access highly flexible, deal-by-deal equity gap funding in Search / hashtag#ETA across Europe. We’ve now brought together 51 veteran investors from seven countries, closing the first cohort of members for the club. I want to take the opportunity to thank all our members for your support and patience throughout this journey as we build something truly great together. Your enthusiasm for the Search/ETA space and the quality of feedback have been incredible. With 1,105 years of combined experience across institutional investing, private equity, venture capital, M&A, and real operations, the group’s collective insight and due diligence depth have been more powerful than I ever imagined. We’re quickly becoming a serious investor in the space, and at this rate, a real force to be reckoned with. As we close this cohort to consolidate our processes and build thoughtfully, my focus now shifts to our next deal. I’ve met over 100 searchers to date, and with David Cranmer now supporting the process, our analysis is sharper than ever. Some of the searchers we’re most excited about have promising deals that are now likely to close in 2026, so I’m keen to bring a strong, near-term opportunity to the club in the meantime.
