We came across a deal that doesn’t fit our requirements but maybe someone here has a use case for it:

high end dessert manufacturer
selling to restaurants, grocery chains and white labeling
approx USD 6m in revenues
approx 20% growth
approx USD 10m in debt
not profitable

They are looking for an investor or buyer. NOTE – they do not want to work with brokers.
