We built something for the LOI moment

One of our users came to us with a specific ask: he was deep into a deal and wanted to see what similar businesses had been marketed at (asking prices, multiples, how brokers positioned them...) to sanity-check his offer before submitting an LOI. So we built it. One click from any deal on DealMatch and you get a ranked list of similar listings, i.e. same industry, similar size, comparable positioning.
