JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an intern, you will have extensive opportunities to learn about the Search Fund Model and to work closely with the partners in the fund on identifying and evaluating opportunities across several industries as well as to work on prioritization of potential deals.

We are looking for passionate students (MBA preferred) to evaluate companies in the LATAM and Florida regions. This position is unpaid and it offers a broad range of experiences and access to strong professional networks as well as mentorship opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS ● Proactive, self-starter ● Passion for entrepreneurship and for learning the search fund model ● Interested in going deep in several industry sectors ● Strong understanding in accounting and finance ● Data-oriented and analytical thinker ● Strong communication skills (articulate, persuasive, and ability to have hard conversations) ● Proficient in presenting data-driven and qualitative analysis, valuation techniques and financial modeling with an understanding of market dynamics is a plus ● Willingness to work remotely
