I am seeking to acquire a water treatment business to serve as a platform company for a roll-up strategy.

I'm particularly interested in businesses that provide water treatment and water hygiene services, including comprehensive solutions for water hygiene management, Legionella risk assessments, chemical cleaning, and system commissioning.

Target regions in the USA: NJ, NY, PA, MI, OH, VA, and NC.

An ideal business would have between $2M and $5M in revenues with a minimum 30% profit margin.

Aging owner looking for a safe pair of hands and retirement, or would consider a carve-out from a larger group or portfolio of businesses. If you have access to deal flow in this sector, please send me a direct message.

I will pay up to $10,000 in finders fees on a successful close.
