I'm trying to figure out if I can boost our acquisitions strategy with a bulk or warehouse type lender. We have a few successful acquisitions done, and I believe that for the right partner, we could provide substantial dealflow and attractive returns with relatively low or even fully collateralized risk.

Very interested in any guidance from this group.

We would love to have a discussion to see what options might be available. The biggest issue I think you are going to run into is that many lenders will not be open to doing every type of transaction. Most lenders reserve the right to not lend on certain transactions or industries, so to use a warehouse line, the terms are going to be very specific on deal type and deal structure. That can make it difficult to find opportunities that fit right into those lending parameters. We are a Commercial Loan Brokerage shop with over 500 funding partners. You might be better off having multiple relationships ready to move forward quickly. You can reach me directly at redacted if you would like to discuss options.
