Wanting to connect and Build a Network

I am a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of business experience, mostly in the Real Estate space. Over the course of my career, I have successfully completed hundreds of transactions as a broker (licensed in multiple states) and am now looking to expand into the tech space. I have a vision for a fund that I would like to start at some point—but would like to start building relationships and a network now by working towards (and ultimately) finding that first deal. I want to connect with like-minded investors who might share my interest in finding opportunities in order to grow their portfolio. I am not looking to make a hard sell, but rather to have an open and honest conversation about the potential of working together.
