Hi there, I am a BCG alum and ex-healthcare executive who launched his full-time self-funded search 60 days ago in Texas. I am looking for a diverse set of searchers in Texas to share best practices and keep each other accountable. To keep high level of engagement and enable open discussion, group will be capped at 5-7 searchers maximum.

Why join? Better outcomes, fun, lifelong relationships
• Searchers in peer groups achieve better outcomes (according to all ex-searchers I have spoken to).
• It is fun and less lonely with a peer group
• The relationships you built will benefit you well beyond your search
• You get to test/brainstorm ideas and get peer feedback
• You get to learn from how others think, and can apply insights to your own search
What to expect? • Meet once a month, mostly virtual (+ in-person if searchers based in Dallas) • Structured agenda with topics agreed upon in previous session • Sharing of best practices and failures/learnings with each other • Safe space and support network, with commitment to attend and help each other succeed
How to enroll/apply?
• Send me an email at redacted and reply to this thread to boost visibility for Texas searchers ;)
• Will send you a quick survey to understand your experience and goals to ensure fit across the group
