Adolescent Wellness Academy is on a mission to transform adolescent mental health care. We're expanding into new communities and building the leading outpatient behavioral healthcare organization for teenagers and their families in Florida and beyond.
We're looking for a Vice President of Revenue to partner directly with our search fund operators and Co-CEOs to lead the next stage of growth. This executive will own Admissions, Outreach, and Marketing — building the strategy, teams, systems, and execution.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to optimize an existing machine. It's for someone who wants to build one.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the growth strategy and performance across Admissions, Outreach, and Marketing
Recruit, develop, train, and lead high-performing teams
Build strategic referral partnerships with therapists, hospitals, schools, physicians, EAPs, and community partners
Optimize the full admissions journey from lead generation to intake
Develop a marketing engine that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and market expansion
Leverage data, AI, and technology to improve performance and scalability
Establish the KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadence that drive accountability
Partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to deliver sustainable, high-quality growth
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, shaping company strategy and expansion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING
We're less interested in where you've worked than in what you've built. The ideal candidate is an exceptional business leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Behavioral healthcare experience is welcome but not required — we value leadership, learning agility, and the ability to build and scale organizations above industry tenure.
You likely bring:
6+ years leading growth, commercial, business development, sales, or operations functions
Experience building and scaling teams in high-growth, multi-site healthcare, consumer, or technology businesses
A track record of developing high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
The ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
High standards, humility, and a strong sense of ownership
A genuine desire to do meaningful work and help build an organization that improves the lives of teenagers and their families
