Responsibilities:
Act as operations officer responsible for overseeing all business operations and on-the-ground decision-making for individual portfolio company
Provide leadership and supervision to over 100 employees
Oversee reporting and deliver timely progress reports to Frog Hill leadership, including financial performance
Organize inventory management, deepen supply chain vendor relationships, and optimize ordering
Ensure highest level of customer service
Foster and maintain a culture of safety

Key Requirements:
MBA degree or equivalent work experience
Proven ability to solve problems
Ability to lead a diverse group of employees
Strong problem-solving and creative skills
The ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Strong ability to work in changing environment and overcome challenges
Ability to effectively communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and help drive change
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Willingness to relocate to Bellingham, WA
