Responsibilities: Act as operations officer responsible for overseeing all business operations and on-the-ground decision-making for individual portfolio company Provide leadership and supervision to over 100 employees Oversee reporting and deliver timely progress reports to Frog Hill leadership, including financial performance Organize inventory management, deepen supply chain vendor relationships, and optimize ordering Ensure highest level of customer service Foster and maintain a culture of safety What will I learn?
