Virtual Assistant Recommendations? - Search Process Built out

I finally decided it's time to hire someone to support my search foundation build-out.

Any recommendations for service providers who specialize in sales-focused contact research, have familiarity with the typical search platforms (SourceScrub, Inven, Zoominfo) and an emphasis on AI-educated talent? Budget is max $2k/month for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

I second the Upwork comment. Have found great candidates there. You might also find success by reaching out directly to folks who have 'sales research' in their profiles on LinkedIn and asking specific questions about their experience with your target platforms. I also always recommend a small paid test project first—something that takes a couple of hours but mirrors the work you need. It’s the best way to see if they ‘get’ what you’re looking for without a big upfront commitment. I’ve hired 100s of VA’s and other freelancers over the years for my clients.
