Virtual assistant (human) industry research

Does any of the data on Searchfunder cover the virtual assistant industry? I don't find any results in the BVR nor IBIS areas.

I've actually been having a hard time finding industry research on virtual assistants. Apparently to lay people "virtual assistant" means a person in the Philippines who does remote work but to industry research it means AI/voice/virtual assistant software.

I tried searches like "remote assistant" and "virtual personal assistant" but they didn't turn up much.

You would probably require to hire a virtual assistant to do a research on virtual assistant industry. :-p
