In the process of acquiring a FMCG distributor.

Looking for recommendations on tools for critical business functions.

For "Invoicing & Accounting" function: QuickBooks, Xero, SAP?

For "HR & Payroll" function: ADP?

For "Sales Forecasting, Order & Inventory Management" function: NetSuite?

Please do point out if any critical business function or tool has been missed out!!

Agreed with Kelly. On the HR/payroll side, depending on the staff and level of involvement you are/are not looking for, PEO's are worth looking into as well.

I think any software or services purchase is going to be heavily dependent on your specific industry and the size of the business you acquire
