Position Overview The Vice President serves as a senior leader within Global Delta Securities, responsible for overseeing key divisions including Equity Research, Education, and Marketing. This role drives cross functional coordination, ensures alignment across teams, and supports the execution of the organization’s strategic priorities. The Vice President works closely with executive leadership to maintain high standards of performance, professionalism, and impact across all initiatives. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy Support the development and execution of organizational strategy across Equity Research, Education, and Marketing. Ensure all divisions are aligned with the broader vision and operating cohesively toward shared goals. Division Oversight and Coordination Oversee the Equity Research, Education, and Marketing divisions by working closely with team leads to monitor performance and execution. Facilitate communication across divisions to ensure consistency in messaging, deliverables, and overall direction. Team Management and Development Mentor and support leaders within each division, fostering both technical and professional growth. Promote a collaborative culture while maintaining accountability and high performance standards across teams. External Engagement and Brand Presence Support external facing efforts through coordination with the Marketing division, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence. Represent Global Delta Securities in partnerships, events, and outreach initiatives when needed.
