Very Profitable Paving Company Acquisition

Hey Everyone I'm the CEO of my Fund Called The Pave (Thepave.co) We buy companies between 1-10M of EBITDA in the South West. I found a company in Georgia that I really like but it's outside of out geographic sweet spot but it's a great company with 35M of Revenue and 6M of EBITDA.

I'd love to speak to an equity backer who would be interested in talking through this deal and my partner and I can still operate it as we have strong experience in this sector.

Sam, have you looked at SBIC funds as well as PE-firms focused on independent sponsors? Those might be your best bet.
